For privacy requests, state the right you wish to exercise. For a Do Not Sell or Share request, use that phrase in the email subject. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

Service hours

Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (America/Chicago), excluding applicable holidays. Messages received outside those hours are reviewed during the next service period.

Physical correspondence and authorized returns may be directed to 556 Dallas St, Gary, Indiana, 46406, United States. Do not send a return before contacting us, because an authorization and free prepaid label are required for efficient processing.
